Why are ratings so deflated? 97.8 accuracy as a 1400

The thing is you have played only seven games... You might be being matched with players who are new too and are really good at chess.
no.. that's not it. I've been on chess.com on other accounts since 2015
some 97.8’s are easier than others
for a 36 move game... i think not likely
on other sites, I'm easily 1700-1800... but for some reason on chess.com I can't break 1400. When I try, my opponent plays with insanely high accuracy.... is chess.com's 1400-1600 ratings the new class A and expert ranking? Because they certainly play like with with 97.1 and 97.8 accuracy.
