why are some bots that annoying?

if you keep calling someone "bad" the whole match, the person is gonna report you and you'll get punished, so why do bots say things like this?
so true the new duo bot I think the one with 200 rating is literaly trash talking the whole time.

Pablo bot is such a dirty b.each!! He plays in such a pretty open way that shows to you the hole weakness but it is up to you to think how to penetrate!!
