FRIENDS, PLEASE LISTEN. Focusing your energy on beating a bot won't give you the LOVE that you are looking for. And the satisfaction you may get from beating It is your mind lying to you. Because a bot isn't somebody; its nobody. So when you win you actually beat nobody and if you lose... you lose against nobody. You lost the battle against your own ego and self lies, and It won't get any better if you play against another bot.

The BOT doesn't care about you, It doesn't like you , It doesn't talk to you from the heart. It won't hug you and your whole existance is completely irrelevant to it.

Some people like to win and get enjoyment by winning.

A bot is a nasty entity that won't give you anything except a placebo effect

people play bots to improve at chess or have fun.

Not everyone derives joy from beating other people, some of us play for the love of the game

Is it worth pointing out that all of the last paragraph is true for a human player you randomly match with as well?

It is only true if you are deeply hopeless about the humanking, but that thought is flawed in itself , so you shouldn't let it take over the way you play chess because as a chess player you are supposed to be inclined to, or at least, aim for congruency and rationality

I dislike that people play bots too much (those who are trying to improve at the game), but for a COMPLETELY different and more reasonable reason. This thread makes no sense

Not all BOTS are like that…I know some really nice , pleasant BOTS

You thought you were fighting for pride, but really, you were just screaming into the void — and the void didn’t even blink.

I think of it as practice.

its pleasant because you want to believe it, but its A LIE. The bot is a self centered , stingy and ungrateful creature that will try to make you believe your own self lies and capture your data
