Already did that long before, but this guy always makes another alt account after he gets ban. I tried to report him but it didn’t work. If you have a way to stop him, can you tell me how to stop the racism.
I know definitely that posting screenshots on a public forum wont help

Like MrChatty said, there is no point in sending the screenshots here. Just report the user, he'll get banned in a while. There's many trolls on chess.com and they're not worth the efforts of creating a post just to call them out personally. Report and move on.
