You can't switch to Real 3D pieces on the app. You'll need to use a PC.

If you don't have a PC, I suggest you open Chess.com in a browser on your phone, and enable desktop mode. In Chrome: 1. Open the site 2. Press the ... button in the top-right corner 3. Check the "Desktop mode" checkbox 4. Follow the steps that others have given previously to turn on 3D mode
Check your acheivemetns, it should be there
