Why Can't I analyze my games?

I analyzed one of my games yesterday, a message said 1 analysis per week for non paying members
What? When I click on the computer analysis link a little pop up comes up saying that free member are allowed 1 analysis per week.

Yeah, I havent done a computer analysis for over 2 weeks now. So why is it not working?
I'm guessing the access terms are changing. In the help section this is written;
- Basic/Free:1 Computer Analysis per week - with a search depth of 8 ply (estimated at 2000 strength)
- Gold: 2 Computer Analysis per week - with a search depth of 10 ply (estimated at 2200 strength)
- Platinum: 25 Computer Analysis per week - with a search depth of 14 ply (estimated at 2500 strength)
- Diamond: 100 Computer Analysis per week - with a search depth of 14 ply (estimated at 2500 strength)
But when you look at membership section it says;
Diamond Members ---> Unlimited
Platinum Members ---> 25/week
Gold Members ---> No access
Free Members ---> No access
I'm not a member of chess.com but I thought I was allowed 1 computer analysis per week. Please enlighten me.
