he uses the wayard queen attack so try to trade queens right away.

Play another game, save it, post it in here and people can give you some good and bad advice 
lol I'm 350 and beat him, he's not even close to 1300 rated. No clue how you 1200+ rapid players struggle with him

I beat him so often. I’ve even compiled an archive of over a dozen games which I won against him.

If you're 350, there's no way you can consistently beat Nelson. You can win one lucky game, sure (he blunders often), but he'd certainly win a match.

Sure I don't beat him consistently. But I can beat Maria & Sven consistently and they're 1000 and 1100 respectively. Either I haven't played enough games for my ELO to be accurate or the bots are more like half their dipslayed rating

#1 he is really easy to beat if you know how to punish most of his attacks,just develop your pieces and at the same time threaten his queen and move your knights twice to threaten a fork,he never finds those.also he isnt too good at tactics or positional play,now it should be easy.thats if you remember what i say in this forum thread post message.
It is a real RIDDLE to me, y people can't beat Nelson. I understand when players haven't reached Nelson's level yet, but y is everyone trending to play Nelson, and y do "normal" rated players have problems with him... Can someone explain pls?
Idk maybe because he is like some kind of difficulty checkpoint or something for the bots
