don't know why but I know that you should keep practicing
Why can’t I calculate like other players?

I am not drawing arrows in chess.com but I do in my mind... I am basically drawing arrows of all pieces' possible movements as if there are no blockages and then after that I identify what are the pieces that are blocking them whenever a move is made... I am also doing that kind of activity in my calculations move by move as the depth increases... It is hard at first because you need a lot of effort but it will give you more gains in the long run... I just hope that chess.com could add another board where you can make calculations by moving pieces to make it easier but in OTB this option is not available... Even so, doing this habit is still a great help in visualization and evaluation of the board itself...
I keep seeing high rated players, and when I play with them I do all the stuff right, like developing pieces, and castling, and attacking, but I always end up hanging a piece randomly, or go into a misleading checkmate that is actually blockable and then the rest of the game is just losing for me. I can’t seem to get past the 400 line at all because of my mistake to always calculate the wrong move. Please someone shower some advice I need to stop doing the dumbest mistakes.
