What OS, browser, and device (PC, MAC, iPad etc) are you using? Don't expect detailed answers when you don't provide any details yourself. BTW in this case what type of theme file/picture are you using - jpg, gif or what? How many pixels is it ie 200x200 or what?

Hmm, I just tried creating a theme using Google Chrome and it worked fine. If you could answer the questions that nimzoroy posed, that would be fantastic :)

I use windows vista home basic, firefox 23.0.1 and is up to date, on a toshiba satellite, i was attemtping to use jpeg for the photos....the upload seemed fine, but after trying to save it and retreive it, i would say user not valid or doesn't exist...the thing is, the name of the theme was being referred to as the user by the system... ? ? ?
Hmm, do you know how to take a screenshot? If so, can you take one and show us what the page looks like when you get this error?

I have been trying to create a theme with a picture in the backgroup but it won't work. I click save, and the picture doesn't show up in the background, and when I leave the page, every single time the theme was deleted. What is going on
