Why can’t I improve 😩

I seem to fluctuate to 800 and back down to 600 and I can’t seem to get out of that space… what am I doing wrong, this is a year already? How can I break through to the next level, is it just practice? Or do I need teaching?

I can’t figure out how to reply individually… but I’ll post in the thread. THANK YOU all so so much for all the great advice, none of it is contradictory so I’ll take under advisement everything you’ve all shared and try to bring up my game 😅 longer games it is!! Relax first before deciding a move. The longer the game the better the vision for that particular move.
