why can't I improve my blitz play

so this is the problem. My rating difference between rapid and blitz is 200+. is that normal? I want to be better at blitz but its so hard for me. How can I solve this problem? Usually I play rapid so fast as it were a blitz game (ik its bad) and it doesn't make sense, why I'm stuck at 1500? What can I do to play better? I don't think time is the problem since I rarely lose on time. Playing fast could be reason and if it is, how do I play slower? one more reason could also be that blitz pool has stronger players than rapid. thank you in advance

Regardless of your chess activity, you have to always be trying to up your game by going over your completed games with computer analysis and critically Reading chess books.
You can only go so far with your current knowledge. True of anyone who wants to scale up the Ratings.
Also don't think the professionals rest on their laurels. They are constantly evaluating their game and studying chess.
