Hello,
I'm a rookie playing an unranked match against a close friend, and chess.com didn't allow her king (e1) to take my bishop (d1) when it was her turn (shown below). My bishop wasn't defended. I was wondering whether we are overlooking something, or there's simply a chess rule neither of us know that explains why her king couldn't take my bishop.
Thanks in advance!
In the improbable case this is a bug, the game still lasts 13 days, and I see her tomorrow. I'll just leave my bishop on d1, and see if her king can take it then, while I'm physically sitting next to her.
