Why do I keep getting switched or moved to a different tournament?

I typically participate in blitz or rapid Swiss tournaments capped at 1199. However, I frequently encounter a puzzling issue where I get shifted into another tournament, accompanied by a notification that reads something like, "you have been moved to another tournament." Strangely, this seems to happen only to me. When this occurs, the matches have already commenced, making it practically impossible for me to secure a win, and it’s becoming quite frustrating. For context, I haven't even managed to surpass a 1100 rating in rapid tournaments, and my blitz rating hovers around 600. Therefore, consistently being placed above the limit feels utterly unachievable.

Players are switched to combine with other tournaments when there aren't enough to allow viable separate tournaments.
