Why do I keep on losing!!!!

What do you play the most? Blitz, rapid..? I am not a good player, but I improved a little so I can try to give you advice, you probably do mistakes in openings, or you have bad tactics, do not concentrate well, or you are bad at endings. Whatever it is, whatever where you are weaker you can get better. Analyse games, search for new tactics, study, PLAY. Once I read one quote "You have to play 100 games to win a one and to be proud of that game" So practice, play and enjoy, even when you lose enjoy it because you can LEARN from it 
You are only playing blitz, you need to play daily games and learn more before jumping into speed chess.

I just wanted to ask how much will analysing your games help? and to answer the OP - If you want to jump a small hurdle -tactics tactics tactics

Personally, I think when you analyze the game, you see mistakes you did, so next time when the situation will be similar, you will not do that mistake again. And when you analyze a game you are thinking. So for me, it´s nice. But how I said, I am not a good player, I just wrote what helped me to become a little bit better. Maybe memorize some moves is good too? What do you think?
