Why do people don't play openings like the computer?

Why do people don't play openings like the computer? The computer recommends queens gambit accepted and d4 nf6 c4 d5 and humans play nimzo indian, king's indian and other stuff. Why do players play sicilian defense? Why can't everyone play e4 and e5?

Beause people don't care what the engine says in move 1.

What about the sicilian when people play najadorf? Why can't they play e5?

You are incapable of playing like a chess engine, so dont even try.  Play like a person, that is playing people.  

Most Importantly...If you dont understand "why" a computer says to play a move, then why are you playing it?
