why do people move at night

some times I have an online and when I go to sleep they move can some one help me

Captain Obvious to the rescue here!  In the USA someone could be working a swing shift with odd hours, in the "world" your night is daytime for someone else.  And of course you have sarcastic old farts like me who have insomnia.

I can't believe they would do that. That blows my mind. They should bring your game up, wait until your light comes on, indicating that you are online, then wait about 5 more minutes, allowing you to clear messages, etc. Then, when they are fairly sure you are actually looking at your board, they may go ahead and move. Anything else is unacceptable. You may need to submit a ticket to support. I'll track this forum topic, to see how this gets resolved.

I only move while I'm sleeping.

Lot's of wierd things happen at night, for instance where does the sun go? And what is that white thing in the sky?

You should synchronize your alarm clock to go off whenever someone moves.

how am I supossed to do that

You have to find the set alarm button on your clock.

Start writing code on your computer. I'm sure you will eventually come up with a program. But, be careful. If you have many games, it could really mess up your sleeping pattern (especially if you move).

I don't, but you could invint one.

I invent programs all the time, almost as much as I invent chess openings. It's not hard.

Any chance young master Xavier that you're a little confused by the format? You do know that a 7 day game means you have 7 days to move, right?  It's not a game that has to be completed in 7 days.
