Why do people not talk while a chess game??

i personally am a really talkative and bubbly person who can talk nonstop 
I hate it when people are all so serious and all?! why dont ppl talk during a chess game. C'mon?! is chess supposed to be all serious and no fun huh?? you can talk during matches right? is there a rule or smtng where everyone should be quiet and all huh?! seriously?!

You should realize guys aren't the only people who play chess, right?!-i am not getting angry, just dont assume anything- i am talking calmly, ppl often do not understand-

I like to talk during bullet games

In a tournament, you shouldn't talk because it would distract your opponent and other players in the tournament hall.

In a casual game, if both players want to talk, sure, just talk. Why not?

Just turn off the game chat if it annoys you

some people dont want to talk and turn chats off, you cant force them to talk

Typing in the chat is not exactly talking, it's something completely different.

It's hard to think thoroughly while also talking to someone so ur obviously gonna play worse why is why so many people don't respond to chat. Because they are trying to play their best chess
