Why do some speed chess players seem to not need adrenaline?

I'm watching Andrew Tang and he seems so oddly chilled. How does that work? I CANNOT play hyperbullet or ultrabullet competently while calm. I just forget to move my pieces fast enough, lack aggression etc. I have to go at least a little bit berserk.

How come some people can play it while completely laid back? What 'pathway' are they using instead?
