Why do they keep changing the interface?

As a noob I’m trying to get better at the game. Was looking for the customizable option menu to practice on bots and they seem to have removed it.

Hmm. Well they seem to have brought the options back when I looked.

Maybe they are only back because I am in the Beta group.
