Why does Chess.com drop your Rating to 800?

the infrequency of posts on topics is also telling

look at most thread...  a response to a topic that was posted on 6 days ago????  damn that is low traffic numbers

The_Krieg

I blame chess.com for its low Forum numbers

theres not effort to encourage posts

The_Krieg

chess.com doesn't even tell GMs to chat with real members on its Forum topics.

no effort whatsoever... instead they sponsor PogChamps nonsense

I've never had an elo drop without losing matches

Alright done.

I assure I am legit lol, I have many training partners and a handful of successful students who moved on a few ongoing ones at the moment.

you know chuck

I honestly think that there are less than 30 members posting on the forums regularly in a hour

look at how low the traffic is... yet, chess.com claims there are hundreds of thousands of new "members" here.  statistically it doesn't match.

I’m not sure about the conspiracy theories and numbers either but it’s not what I am here for.

There are a lot of characters, some good, some toxic, some funny, some crabby, but it would be boring if everybody was the same.

I work on my game, play, help others and get some laughs in which is good enough for me.

Btw, make sure you put a “@“ before your user name so it links your profile like so:

Neither did the OP. He's just trolling for whatever reason.

Im actually telling the truth

Chess.com dropped my rating from 2200 to 800 and I built it back

on the first day back I raised my rating to 1600+ then it took a few days to get to 2100 again.  but I was at 800.

I would not lie about that to real members..

btw could you please sign in to the Roll Call for real players https://www.chess.com/forum/view/general/members-on-the-chess-com-forums-roll-call

just trying to get us real players recognized here on chess.com
