Same here. Every game I play against a bot it always crashes but only after the game is done. I’m using safari on an iPhone. I love playing chess and I’m extremely happy that this site exist. It’s made my life better. It would be even better if this bug could be resolved in the future. As a programmer myself I know about the triage process but it’s been an open issue for about 6 months for me. I have nothing but love for the site and want to see it succeed.
Why does Chess.com keep crashing on the browser?

Do you have issues with bots on the app? Or on a different browser?

Try clearing your browser cache.
If that doesn't help, try clearing the browser local storage.
Mines just crashes randomly
+ the problem on my side seem to be cause of my ip (cause it happens on every browser -- i tried chrome / firefox / ff developer and nightly version / edge / opera)
It's possible something on your ISP is causing the issue when directly connecting.
