If anyone ever wonders why 2q1c is permanently banned from Chess.com - apart from his historical behaviour - it's for stuff like this.
Internet should be banned from the asylum, I think.

In the video John asks Danny if chess.com users are aware who his fiance is and he says he doesn't think they are. I certainly wasn't.
There are many talented writers who actually have the credentials on this site that aren't given the same chances or promoted the same as Danny's friends. I think it is appalling. It seems on chess.com it's not what you know, but who you know.

I like her article, it is about an amateur player playing a tournament. I don't want to read only articles written by super GMs or so, I like see different perspectives about the game. It is like in tennis: some beginners can tell you interesting things about how they are learning the game, what they want to improve. The same apply to chess. The perspective of a weak player is interesting. Important is: you you don't have to read it if you don't want, right? And I don't care much who is the fiance from who. If I would have a website like this, I would certainly try to get my family involve in the project. The important things is here qualifications as a writer, and I like her style.
