Apparently if you play on the app (not sure whether iOS or Android or both) and change to another app on your phone while playing, the game is abandoned. Maybe that's what happened here?

I was playing and then suddenly it just said that my opponent won. No explanation at all. But game review says I'm 0.2 accuracy points higher and I believe that it was possible for me to win that game.
Also, it said that both me and my opponent were playing at a 2000 level when we're 1300 and 1400.
