why doesn’t my rating change when I lose or win?

My rating is frozen at 649, and is not changed or effected, I play 10 minutes chess,
They changed 10 minute from blitz to rapid a month or so ago.

Your games list shows your rating adjusting after each game of 10 minute chess, it's in the 300's. This is your rapid rating. 649 is your blitz rating which applies to faster time controls, 5 or 3 minutes I think.
I don’t know what that means haha
You have 3 different ratings:
1. Bullet rating
2. Blitz rating
3. Rapid rating
If you play a rapid game (10 mins or longer), then only your rapid rating will change. Your bullet and blitz rating will stay the same.
Ok got it, so the rating which is next to your name is the rating for blitz
