why always abandon their losing games instead of resigning

I'm guessing t looks like indians and usa flags abort the most just because of how many their are but almost everyone probably aborts at least once due to tilt

If anybody asks you ' Do you want me to make you get crushed under a crane for 500000 times everyday?' is that a LEGIT question??

Why are you complaining for the like 1% of Indians who abandoned games
And every country has some people that abandon games

let's do the math. india has a population of 1,425,775,850 per wikipedia.

1% is 14.3 million. that's a lot of abandoned games.

So ask chess.com to not allow 14.3% Indians to play on this platform but will they do it ? They won't. They don't wanna lose their money afterall, big population= huge money market. lol

Chess.com could ban 14% from one country and then 10% from another ..... but where will it stop? We players just have to realize that there are people who abandon games. . Chess.com could notify those who abandon games repeatedly that if they continue they will be banned.

This whole conversation is nonsensical and ridiculous. It’s a game for crying out loud. Just along with each other. Be happy with whichever way you win, being honest of course and accept defeat and try to learn from it.

Why are you blaming Indians when your country’s people abandon games too

Cheating and disrespect is a huge part of their academic culture because their schools are so competitive. This is just how kids learn to be in that type of environment.

I did that before I believe I needed to do something.. and accidently forgot about the game for a second lol

This is definitely much more prevalent with Indian opponents, I guess it's just in their nature same goes with scamming.

it certainly isn't by nature. More likely this behavior manifests as a response to financial stress and uncompromising social pressure toward excellence at any cost. There are photos online of Indian parents literally climbing up the sidewalls of their kid's schools to assist them in cheating during testing periods. Unfortunately, high academic achievement is seen as the only way out of their poor situatuation, so Indian families very often instill dishonesty and cheating as a core component of learning. Paired with rigorous testing standards and the enormous Indian population making academics viciously competitive, their environment is tailormade to promote disrespectful and dishonest behavior. It's all learned.

And how many Americans cheat on tests using things like chat gpt exactly 🤔 I doubt we are that much better school and chess are unrelated lol unless it becomes a main subject then that's a different issue

Really abortion/abandonment and cheating are two different things

Pegusu

When people abandon games, I like to visualize them having a tantrum and running to their moms, yelling "That mean American lady won - I just KNOW she was cheating!" All of my games have the chat disabled so this scenario is what I like to imagine. It always makes me laugh.

Don't get to the culture bro. You need not reaserch into the reason behind why. YOU ARE BEING RACIST by doing this. Americans like to trash talk, did I say anything like WHOLE AMERICA IS LIKE PRIMARY KID AND TRASH TALK IS IN THEIR CULTURE. There is a limit afterall.

The same way TRASH TALK AND RACISM IS IN YOUR CULTURE. Scammers are everywhere ok. And all people abandon games.

Well, correct, afterall Indians have failed to correct the education system made by BRITISH MACAULAY to destroy India.
