It's found in the Advanced Bots section. Arthur is a 1700 bot, the one just after Isabelle in the list. Isabelle is open to free accounts, but Arthur is locked, so only available if you have a paid account.

No problem. I've only got a free account, so have never played the Arthur-bot. I've won a few games against Isabelle-Bot and 2 against Wally-Bot, which fall on either side (1600 and 1800), but I don't put much stock in the bot ratings. They do generally order appropriately though (lower rated bots are easier than higher rated bots), but even that's not perfect. I do wish there was a "bot-rating", where 3-crown games were considered rated. And Bots would be listed as they are now, but also show their "bot vs human-rating". It would provide some evidence about whether or not bots are over-rated, and it would also potentially provide some useful feedback to the bot designers as to how to configure bots to target specific rating ranges, like for the monthly bots. But I digress.

Out of curiosity, I played against Arthur without any assistance, and I was very surprised to see him play the Damiano Defence...
