Hello friend, in various places lots of people talks about blindfold chess.Why is it so important for chess player to be best at it?If it is so important...then how can start its beginner training? Thank You...

It helps visualization. You can play a form of blindfold chess here at chess.com by selecting the blindfold option from piece style settings. You could try unrated live games against much weaker opponents.

A good way to start visualizing the board to prepare for playing blindfold is think of a random chess square in your head. Now try to visualize the board. Is the square you are thinking of a black or white square? Don't know? Well remember that whites left corner (A-1) is a black square and the right corner (H-1) is white. With that information you should now be able to mentally find the color of the square you are thinking of.
