Actually there are no fingers in the fingers. The muscles that control the fingers are in the lower arm.

It's just a silly way to agree to a draw. You're actually supposed to make it seem like a fight before you agree to a grandmaster draw.

Either that, or their fingers got tired after two moves...

It doesn't make any sense. My only guess is that White was taunting Black for some reason, and Black was hoping that he could get a three-position draw somehow. It's pretty funny. Laughing
