its basically a puzzle and you have to find the best move, and then it calculates your elo

Oh yeah, "chess elo tests" on suspicious websites are known to be extremely reliable and accurate.

When you are told that there is a tactic, it is easier to get them right. You may be good at getting tactics right but much worse at realizing that there is a tactic in that position. Also diffrent websites have diffrent rating systems. Lichess is 1.25x rating of chess.com so you could be much better at this potentially better on this website than you generally are on chess.com.
Hi guys, my rapid elo is around 460 ish, but I took a chess elo test and it said i was around 1000 elo. The question is, why am i still 460 elo on this horrid website? i already have lichess, maybe i should switch to that ?
