why is it so hard for me to win chess games

I know so many very good openings lot's of opening theory and how to use pieces and many tactics but i keep losing my games I dont know why what more do i need to do. I do so many chess.com lessons but i keep playing so bad please help by looking at this game:

ps: dont mind the queen blunder i was in a losing position way before that also i blundered another piece but i was in a losing position no matter what. I do lots of game review too but it isnt helping im black btw and if your a titled player or someone with a very high elo please help too it might be even better than untitled players helping i need all the help i can get please. I really want to reach 1000 elo one day

Chess is hard.

Your Insights say that you miss most pawn forks

and mates in 1.

You should review them. Drill them.

Also, it says you go 2.6 moves in book on average . That is not very deep.
