Why is the elo different between a computer and a phone?
Sort:
I like to play Nelson in my free time on my phone (chess.com app), for some reason he really sucks on here. I go on my computer and I can just barely beat him because he started playing a lot better, anyone got any ideas to why this might be the case?
so this means that on different devices, they are different elo?

They are the same configured rating on web and Android (I assume on iOS as well). It's just that the compute power on your mobile device isn't generally as strong as on on a full computer, so the bots may not play as strongly on the former.
