Not needed, it would just be redundant information, if you capture with en passant then there is only one or two ways to do so, and with two it's already disambiguated with other method

Just like how if play the reti opening you will write 1.Nf3, not 1.Ng1f3, there is only one way to legally get your knight to f3 on move 1
