There are a ton of people with Magnus and Hikaru pfp lookalikes, doesn't mean someone will mistake them for him

Also Nintendo didn't consent to have it's logos used in your profile picture, and they are notorious for suing people. so yeah, your pfp is technically copyright infringment too
