Hey, not sure why this game is draw by repetition? The same position didn't happen 3 times, no? Or is there a rule I'm missing here

There was a repeat after white’s move 24, 28, and 30.

Be careful with this rule.
The position needs to be repeated 3 times at ANY point, not just at 2 move intervals

A draw by repetition is not the exact same moves being played three times in a row. It's the exact same board position at any three different points in time. And since the positions on the board after White's 24th, 28th and 30th moves are all identical, that's a draw.
