Those who talk don't know, and those who know, aren't talking
I really like people who have the courage to speak their thoughts and their minds. They stand out because they stand up. They are too busy living their lives to sit in judgment of others. But standing up and standing out make them easy targets for cowards to judge them.
Untrue that those who "aren't talking" aren't talking. They are talking "behind closed doors", sitting in judgement of others, spreading ugly rumours, pretending to know "truths" that can only be revealed "in hiding"...
It's malevolence.

It's that small town evil that goes on all over the world...usually there is the "circle of confidences" those within that circle feel "special" because they are included in on that "secret truth"...and then there are those who are the victims of that "secret truth" (usually, just some ugly rumour) ...
