Why play chess with so much poverty in the world?

A Fair World it´s that one in which people don´t play chess. If they were not playing chess they would listen to you.
Chess is a game of universal appeal. It's a full-contact sport that transcends religious, racial, socio-economic discrepancies amongst individuals. It is a language unto itself. As such, it's a hobby like any other pastime.Based on your logic,I'm sure that hypothetically the economy would run optimally if there were no pastimes. However, that sounds like a dystopia to me. Everyone has their vice, and chess is a pretty tame one.

What is your solution to the problems of the world? How will those problems be solved by not playing chess? We all need recreation of one kind or another and chess plays its part in the world by providing and inexpensive form of entertainment. Even poor people play chess, it takes their minds off their problems. Children who play chess do better in school--this is a proven fact. Exercising the brain with chess helps prevent deterioration of the brain in older people. How exactly should we be spending our time if not in playing chess? If you mean we should be praying or going to church instead of playing chess what good would that do? People have prayed for peace and the end of poverty for thousands of years. Religion does give us peace of mind but so does chess!
There's something wrong with the OP. He was here for 9 months and didn't play a single game of chess. 4 days ago, he played 10 games and won them all.

to keep brain away from ramollo age, among the less expensive, if not the less expensive, dedicated to poor who want move pieces first, brain too !
Do the OP suggest desperate Kierkegaard way ? Do they have to commit suicide instead of play , Do u wanna find a method to propose golf wild card to 8 billion of people, half of them growing with 8 children per wife in countries diminishing of size, with desert bigger ? What is YOUR solution ? take to the rich to give to poors is ze good idea never imagined before:
it makes 1000 dollars per poor, one year to live, then the end, collective wreckage; you can build cities in country land, landscape is beautiful and air is pure too. ty

Ok, this is not fair, why so much poverty in the world, and people still playing blitz games unconsciously.
Competition is a disease in our society . Chess is a sad game. Probably you should not play chess, here you can read why. A politician could use these words and he would be accused of demagoguery . how is this possible?
Now you know you are in the wrong way. There are many religions in the world which can help you to awaken your empathy. Use a search engine and start your search .
Forget about chess or expensives cars, you don´t solve the equation playing games or havin fun. Think about it .
