That is linked to the flag and other than what is in that statement, the discussion about it isn't allowed in the general forums.
I believe it is unfair to treat them this way because of a political reason that has nothing to do with chess and sports.
Chess.com is not the United Nations to impose sanctions for poltical reasons.
If this is the policy of chess.com then the same should be done to Israeli players too because their country is illegally occupying other's people land for more than 50 years !!
