its may be not very known world wide, but chinese are good at maths, informatics, and ingeneering, so chess isnt that strange for a mind that is good at that subjects
why so less chinese chess competitors?

yes, there is a lot, but the problem is the time, we dont have enough time for all; even for playing chess, we have limited energies also; and the older you get the closer you come to the limits, so we have to take decisions in relation to knowledge, work, joy, and rest in balance

but there are sometimes games that are very dark to solve and look so eternal to finish, a living nightmare, and at the end a losing battle , and for those who say you can learn from losing; i say i prefer learn from winning XD and watching opponents fails; by the way there are some statistics that are very interesting; for example the percentage of winning with whites are normaly higher; but is rare having more than a 60% rate of win playing with whites. Another thing; the perfect game is a draw end game; which means none of both made a mistake; the game started in draw and ends in draw XD

in my lichess statistics shows that i move way more, i think ten times more in bullet games than in turtles games

are you saying China is better than everyone else because they don't like chess?
i had a stroke reading that title.
