This is irritant..The opponent will play until the morning.Because time will never finish contrary goes up after every his move but mine down..it doesnt matter in the games  2/1-1-2-3 5/2-5-10-15

Fischer's time? No never.this phenomena has never been in my games.

Lag? sometimes but not everytime

cheat? I think certainly but how?

Can anybody explain..?

Never had your problem, but i have countered a time when ''someone'' did moves in my place without my permission. but the moves wasnt random but tought out.

Sounds like you are talking about time "increments" because that is the only way two opponents can add time to their clocks. Lag time only ensures that if you are playing somebody halfway around the world the playing software "corrects" any time delays to record the moves so that each side is playing on the same precise time clock !

Nusons

But the thing is I didn't do those moves, the programm made them for me

If your internet connection is poor chess.com servers will react later.

Nusons

But there was nothing to react to. I did my move, and waited for my opponent to move. after a minute my opponent didnt lose any time (take in mind that it was his move and i had to wait) and after that minute i have lost my time + i did 2 moves in a row (i didnt do them but pieces moved on their own). First wierd thing was my opponent didnt lose time. Secound I had to wait a minute for his move and once he did it I lost that minute from my clock. Third is that i did illegal move (2 moves for white in a row) and fourth was that it was my move again but i couldnt move my pieces but my clock was still running.

when my internet conection is poor especially, in the last moments, my time finishes quickly in a equal state but my opponent's time after each move increases..

but not only internet connection yes as you said there are some outlandishness on chess.com perhaps cheat techniques developped

Nusons

yes but what's the point of developing MY pieces , especially in a good way that I actually didnt think of but when i took look at the position it looked better.

GHawk

I have been there. Usually at end of games one player can make plenty of moves with the clock runing down and then going up. It is anoying because you are on the same desperation mode but you can't move "as quickly" as they do.  I think there is some kind of and issue there

This happens to me too often.  On the last game, my opponent ended up with more minutes than he'd started.  How is that possible?  Can't we have a clearer explanation from chess.com staff?  Am I missing something?

I just played a 5/2 game. If you make a move you get 2 more seconds in the 5 minute game. Its to give a chance at the end. But....u just played and was winning and had a minute ahead in time at the end. He just kept moving out of check and would get more time. My time just decreased when I moved. At the very end I moved very quickly and still lost time and he gained. So I was trying to run him out of time and he promoted oawns to kings. The game would never end. I just resigned. I would have played a different stratagy if I new he would just gain time. He went from 9 seconds to 35 or so then I went from 1 1/2 to 9 seconds.

Very confusing as my Internet is ok. I play on a samsung s4 phone.
