Why suddenly keep losing??????????

this happens to all of us, there are simply days when the results its not going in our favor. Thats why you should not pay attention to result, even during the game. Fortunatelly you dont lose anything if you lose some chess games, and we learn most from our mistakes.

I have a losing streak too, very annoying. Especially when I just make idiotic mistakes. I have to practice more.
It happens.
Last week I dropped more than 200 rating points in bullet within three or four days. I had not reached this "low" rating for quite a long period of time already (ok, it's not that low to most people, but in comparison to my usual rating, it's lower), but it remained low for a few days.
Suddenly I mounted a comeback out of nowhere in the past two days. I am not sure whether this is attributed to my improved playing strength for the day or my opponents hang pieces for me (yes, I blundered pieces but my opponent blundered back pieces). I have now recovered some of those rating for the time being.
Sometimes, we just have to take it easy on some days and do not be too upset.
I lost like only 5 games in 20 games. Then suddenly I lost7 games in 7 games.
It happens sometimes that I keep losing too much. Too too annoying when happened. Why it's like this? Chess.com matches strong opponents to make me keep losing? And I also lost tempers??
