Tilt. Take a three day break. Watch some inspiring chess videos. Then play again

My blitz tilt is even worse. My peak is 1887 and I'm only 1746 now and I've lost 105 elo in a month
Only self centered people care about their rating.

I suggest you to play some unrated games for some time. You can start playing rated games again once your performance improves.
Btw can we play a rapid game? I want to see if you really play as bad as you say.

all I can say is playing unrated games is the way to get your confidence up again
it will also help you not stress about your elo so much

Edit(ik i can delete the thingy, but i will let people see it): all i want now is information about why the heck my performance in the past month was so bad. i was +88 in a week, with a 70 percent win rate, when I was 1872 rated. now i probably have like a 70 percent loss rate.
