International Master Vasil Rajlich designed and created Deep Rybka, and Belgium Computer Scientist and mechanical engineer Robert Houdart designed and built Houdini, the worlds strongest chess engine. There appears to be a rift between these two geniuses however.Every time I mention "Houdini" on the Rybka Forum, I get threatened with expulsion with words like "clone" being thrown in.When French composer Maurice Ravel orchestrated Moussorgsky's "Pictures at an Exhibition" which was originally written for piano solo, the music world said nothing about "cloning" or "clones" since they were ecstatic that now at last, the full potential of Moussorgsky's masterpiece had been realized, and that millions of music lovers all over the world would now be able to enjoy it.If International Master Vasik Rajlich would work together with Robert Houdart in the making of Deep Rybka 5, which would then include Deep Houdini 2, as one of its built in chess engines, the chessworld would go through a renaissance of discovery and creativity.A greater number of new ideas and innovations would constantly appear in all major tournaments, including long forgotten ideas and continuations often getting a fresh new breath of life.Tournament opening preparation would be brought to new heights, never before imagined, and Emanual Laskers statement that: "Chess is a search for truth" and "lies cannot survive over the chess board" would be fully realized.International Master Vasik Rajlich working together with Robert Houdart could do for chess what the Wright Brothers did for transportation.
