Look at the game again. Your opponent run out of time, and you had only a king, hence you could not be awarded a win on time.

Your opponent ran out of time, you had only a king, so you cant mate.  Its a draw.

I have just played a game(blitz-3min).Where opponent have promoted 3 rooks and only 20 sec remaining in his clock and even if having 3 rook the game was draw after 20 sec.How possible game was not stalemate ???

1. Dont accuse people of cheating when they didnt.  Naming and shaming is not allowed.

2. Learn the rules of chess.

is that any rule that if opponent have only king than time doesnt matter?

YOU only had a king, not your opponent.

Avatar of Daybreak57

Is that just a site rule where it's draw if the person doesn't having mating material and the other guy ran out of time?

Avatar of Pulpofeira

No, it is one of FIDE Laws of Chess, and as natural as sun rising in the morning.
