Of course you can, but you need plenty of SYSTEMATIC work.
Will I be able to reach Master level?

Hey pfren, in terms of systematic work, what do you think of the International Chess School by Istratescu or Mikhailova's training method http://www.convekta.com/softscho/l1/lesson_3.html

On the one hand, you're 16 and studying a lot, so of course you'll make master!
On the other hand, you're 16 and studying a lot, and you're only 1369? You'll never make master.
One of those two statements is false :) Darned if I know which, though!

Another question you might ask is the effort needed to have a chance of becoming a chess master really worth it? For a few the answer is yes but for most the answer is no.

The only person who will EVER be able to answer this is you. As you study and play OTB, your rating will either go up steadily, or it will not. If it continues to go up, and as you play stronger and stronger opponents, you will have a clear idea of whether Master is in the cards.
If it does not go up, or if it goes up very slowly and gets stuck for long periods of time, then the answer is clearly NO.
Either way, asking about it here is a waste of time. Perhaps, if you join a club where there are a number of strong players, this would be a good question to ask one of them after a year or two of playing there.

Of course you can, but you need plenty of SYSTEMATIC work.
Bruh get your blitz rating up. Pretty low for an im.
Isn't 2375 high enough for you? I'm afraid I cannot get much higher, I rarely get the opportunity to play rated blitz tourneys. Regards.

Ok the answer has to be no then. You're getting coaching from an IM and you are asking the question on a forum. It's gonna take a whole nudder perspective to get to IM from where you is at dood.

I don't know much of anything about Andrei's training methods- all I know is that he is a strong GM- I even had the chance to play against him once (he was already a GM, and played as Romanian). No objections about Mikhailova's method, but I believe that effective training should be individual, after a good consideration of a player's strengths and weaknesses.

Hello! I'm 16 year old and have a rating of 1369 irl. I practice tactics almost 3 hours everyday . And I am currently going through the book '100 Endgames you should know' by la villa. My question is, will I be able to get a Master title ever in my life? Is there any chance?
