No way! You need not even feel that way. Don't worry. As far as you're sure that you haven't used any assistance, you're safe. The cheat detection system of chess.com is very sophisticated and it doesn't flag you just because you had high accuracy score. It just doesn't work that way.
Will I get flagged?

I have had a few 100% accuracy games with the Fried Liver and Evans Gambit and multiple longish games where my accuracy was above 95%.
And sometimes the new game review tells me I played at 1850 level or something like that while I am only 1350ish. Also not a problem. If I could keep playing at that level consistently, my rating would quickly skyrocket, but sadly I can only do that part of the time, and some games I play worse than my rating
It's not a problem as long as you don't cheat, which I think the cheat detection would eventually detect.
