Most likely not. White's advantage is not winning.
Will the advantage of being white someday force a win?
I don't think so. If chess is ever "solved," then I think it will end up that black will always have a response to any white moves that will lead to a draw.

I personally believe that a single positional theme will one day be discovered where by it is a win for white. A sharp opening where if black does not except certain exchanges will lead to a losing position. And if black plays to white's minimisation theme a midgame with something like 17 pieces that leads to a pawn promotion for white with the win or clear advantage and win. Each side having 4 pawns, K+R+N+B would be sixteen peices and computers are soon to solve from 7. Maybe not an exact position but one where if a certian pawn structure and king placement arise's and an opening singularity of sorts that will yeild it. Just my random thoughts No need to call me name's I've long felt this way about this it was my first Forum topic on chess.com.. Big money to the dude who figure's out this opening singularity.. I don't see how computers can't figure it out actually? If you can program the piece movements and pawn rule's and you can program that the king must be in check and not able to move out of check how is it computers can't figure this out? I'm sure quantom computing will put a new spin on this and find a likely more direct and forced option for white.
They say white has a small advantage already at the beginning of a game, but is it enough to force a win through equal play?
