Although I'm male and not pregnant (coincidence?), for some odd reason, rather than make oatmeal for breakfast this morning, which would be more typical, and less frequently, eggs, I had smoked oysters in a can, and half a bag of wasabi/tamari macadamia nuts. Now, we know that nuts provide valuable fats that help the brain, neural and cardiovascular function, and oysters help the libido, but will that be advantageous in my games today?
It very well may be, but my cat woke me up early today meowing for food, so it really messes up the experiment. How can I divide the bigger influence between diet and sleep deprivation?
