will you get kicked out of FIDE if you don't greet your opponents?

I don't think this would be for FIDE to deal with directly, at least at amateur level of chess. The tournament director has the right to remove you from the tournament (for any rules infringement or unsportsmanlike behaviour), and can suggest disciplinary action (and I don't think that would be expulsion for the first offence) fto your national federation, or even FIDE if it's an international tournament.
However, chances are your opponents will just shrug at your grumpiness, begin the game, and never notify an arbiter.

If you always had a bad attitude, then perhaps chess wouldn't be what you should be doing. You should enjoy your actions, not be upset by them so much so that you feel the need to be rude to others.

According this, you can be made to forfeit the game. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ivan_Cheparinov
What if you play in FIDE tournaments but you always have a bad attitude and don't say hi to your opponents, don't shake hands, etc? Will FIDE kick you out of the tournament or just wait for the tournament to end and then revoke your membership?
