Win, loss, draw? Did the arbiter rule correctly?

So I just completed an OTB tournament just now. I won the tourney because I was the only grandmaster there but not without controversy.

In round 3, a controversial call by the arbiter lost me a game that I needed to recover from. The final position was this--

Now, here's the situation, I had the white pieces in this game and my opponent and I battled hard, down to the bare kings. At this point, I pointed behind him and screamed at the top of my lungs, "FLYING SAUCER!!!" He looked behind him and I quickly grabbed a queen thinking it was my own colour queen and smacked it on the board as he turned around and complained about the alleged non-existence of a flying saucer. To my horror, it was actually the BLACK QUEEN that I grabbed and placed on the board. My opponent saw the queen on the board and claimed I had to play on like this because I was the one who gifted him the queen.
I called the arbiter to complain about my opponent's ruling and the arbiter ruled that since I grabbed the black queen and placed it on the board, black should therefore have a king and queen against my sole king. So I resigned and cried as I waited for my vengeance the next round.
The question is--should this have been a win for black, a loss for black, or a draw? Did the arbiter rule correctly or incorrectly?

What you do after a game is finished is not under jurisdiction of the arbiter. Best he can do when you make a nuisance of yourself between games is forfeit you from the tourney.

I wonder how many of them  answered seriously ?

Are there still people here taking you seriously?

I hope none of them were being serious.

I can only hope they weren't!
