Resignation and winning on time counts as a win a draw can either be plus, minus, or stay the same and resigning counts as a loss

In the long run, it doesn't matter. A win is a win.
There is a limit to how much you can win by making random moves. This can be observed in one minute bullet games, where many people are more than fast enough to punish random moves.
